Partner/Infant is not enrolled in ANY home visitation program

Please participate during the 2023 Disaster Preparedness Sales Tax Holidays being held through May 27, 2023 until June 9, 2023 and August 26, 2023 until September 8, 2023.
During these time periods, tax will not be due on retail sales on items related to disaster preparedness.

Hybrid services are still being offered for the Healthy Start Program, but are currently being transitioned to in-person services only. Evidence based program, Moving Beyond Depression is currently being expanded into home visitation programs for mothers showing perinatal mood disorders.
